 Job Description:

• Brainstorm art concept, define and orient the art style for game projects
• Convey requirements of quality and content standards (concept, setting, environment, characters…) to graphic team (UI/UX, 2D Concept, 3D Modeling, 3D Animation, VFX, SFX) by using appropriate references
• Directly direct the design and supervise the work of graphic team, evaluate and approve the final products, ensure the design elements comply with the requirements. Orient the overall vision of the project, ensuring the product is delivered on time as committed.
• Professionally train team members and give advices to freelancer if required
• Manage, lead and connect internal personnel
• Solve problems raising during the production, come up with a suitable solution for team
• Participate in idea creation as well as game or application operation
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure the overall progress of the project

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the game industry
• Understanding the work of positions in the team: UI / UX, 2D-3D Art, VFX, SFX…
• Have creativity and understand the mobile game marketPossess leadership skills, work and people management skills
• Have good communication skills
• Have a great passion for games and pursue to work in game industry with relentless determination

Working regime:

• Working time: 8:30 – 18:00 (Lunch break from 12:00 – 13:30)
