HR – ADMIN OFFICER

Responsibilities:
Admin (80%):
- Assist in welcoming guests and organizing internal events, partnership events, meetings, etc.;
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, parcels, etc.;
- Draft and archive internal documents and paperwork;
- Manage office assets and equipment, purchase office supplies and working tools;
- Monitor administrative expenses such as electricity, water, internet, courier services, purchases, etc.;
- Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues related to facilities, working space, and office environment to ensure smooth office operations;
- Support employee welfare activities, including health, recreation, and work-life balance programs.
- Monitor the implementation of company regulations, discipline, and corporate culture;
- Support printing and document preparation for other departments;
- Prepare offerings for monthly rituals, Tet holiday, and other important occasions;
- Perform other assigned duties.
Recruitment (10%):
- Support recruitment activities and participate in the company’s recruitment events;
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees.
C&B (10%):
- Support the implementation of benefits, rewards, disciplinary policies, etc.;
- Assist in monitoring and updating information regarding labor policies, regulations, and employee welfare.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Trustworthy, discreet, with strong professional ethics;
- Diligent, proactive, enthusiastic, positive mindset & good communication skills;
- Experience in reception, office admin, or related roles;
- Passionate about HR – Admin work, seeks stability and long-term commitment;
- Preference for candidates with experience in tech or software companies.

Working Schedule:
- Working hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break from 12:00 – 1:30 PM)
- Working days: Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays (odd-numbered weeks)
