Job Description:                                                                                                                 

• Find and research new ideas of games, markets and player’s gaming trends
• Brainstorm, design detailed scenarios of mobile games as required: features, contents, interfaces…
• Build levels, evaluate – analyze and balance gameplay
• Cooperate with Artist and Developers to develop and complete ideas for games
• Conduct other tasks as assigned

Requirement:

• Have a great passion for MMO games(mandatory requirement) and pursue to be a game designer with relentless determination
• Have good knowledge of mobile and PC game genres
• Be familiar with the elements of game designing such as: UI, UX, Game Balance
• Well understand about gaming market, gaming trend and player’s preferences
• Have strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills
• Have a logical thinking and an inventive mind
• Intermediate English level

Priority:

• Be proficient in using one of these tools: Photoshop, Visio…
• participated in designing game projects is an advantage
• Understand behavioral psychology of user
• Be good at task management

Working regime:

• Working time: 8:30 – 18:00 (Lunch break from 12:00 – 13:30)
• Working days: Monday to Friday and Saturdays which are odd days in the month
